The above picture is one of our mid efficiency installations. You will notice that there is a thick metal pipe coming from the top of the furnace which continues towards the chimney, all mid and standard efficiency (60% efficient) furnaces have this. If your furnace has a black, grey or white PVC( a type of plastic) coming out of it and extending out the sid e of your house then you have a high efficiency furnace

Whether it's a small job like connecting a gas BBQ or cooking stove to a larger job requiring underground piping to an adjacent building or pool heater we can do it all.Safely!

This customer had his old boiler replaced and was paid 1200.00 to do it. High efficiency boilers save money.

Its sometimes hard to tell the difference between wood and gas anymore.. Except there is no cleaning up ashes and soot, stocking and drying wood, trying to keep the fire going or chimney fires! That's why I switched and why so many others are staying away from wood these days.

Tankless water heaters also take up very little space and can be mounted on your basement wall unlike the big bulky tanks that take up so much room! Water softeners are always recommended with tankless water heaters to avoid major problems and warranty cancellations. This picture is not one of our installations, it was a combination of poor installation practices and and a cheap quality air conditioner being installed by a not so reputable company that led to over 1800.00 in repair costs for this poor customer. Once again a reputable company with great installation teams that do it right the first time plus equipement that is at least middle of the line will give you less Greif down the road. By the way warranties did not cover this unit, and the company that installed the Air conditioner went out of business and both were only a few years old!

This is only the big stuff we pulled out of one house and it is very common, especially in new subdivisions where the builder doesn't include that in his packages. We also pulled out about 8 lbs of dust, dirt and smaller items from this house. Duct cleaning is definitely worth it and should be done every 3-4 years. If you have severe allergies you might want to do it more often.

When furnaces are installed with great care and all the attention to details are followed you truly do get installations that help the furnace, air conditioner or whatever the appliance is last the test of time!

The majority are the "One Tank Systems" purchaced from a box store retailer. Sure they cost little more but the reality is that they do last longer, and give fewer problems and to date we have never seen a two tank system burst and flood anyones home as these ones have done.
